How to make your own Biofuel / Biodiesel

According to the The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the nation’s first renewable fuels standard (RFS) program will take effect Sept. 1.

Created by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 the RFS program will promote the use of American-grown biofuels. That should mean that the biofuel industry (refiners, blenders and importers) will meet compliance standards.
